“Genocide” on the Final Sale

The former prosecutor of the Hague Tribunal has specialized in recent years in pseudo-judicial procedures and actions against states, ranging from covering up evidence presented by Dick Marty on the crimes of the KLA committed in the "Yellow House," to delivering accusations against China for allegedly carrying out "organ harvesting."

“For the Uyghur and Chinese tribunals, I was determined that they should be composed of non-specialists, non-expert lawyers, people who are not philanthropists—nothing, just people of integrity, something like a jury…”

These are not words from a failed sketch by Monty Python’s Flying Circus, but a quote from an interview that Geoffrey Nice, former prosecutor of the Hague Tribunal, gave to the “Oxford Student” newspaper on March 23 of this year (www.oxfordstudent.com).

The so-called “tribunals” were supposedly civil or grassroots initiatives, originating from non-governmental organizations. In reality, as is more than obvious, these were well-funded operations designed to produce and channel (geo)political pressures aimed at discrediting the government of the People’s Republic of China as a state allegedly committing genocides against ethnic and religious minorities.

Similar “tribunals” were also established for Iran, in which Nice also participated, but also for Vietnam and Indonesia.

TWO “TRIBUNALS” AGAINST THE CHINA

The so-called “Uyghur” tribunal was organized by the World Uyghur Congress, an organization generously funded by the U.S. National Endowment for Democracy (NED). The other, the so-called China Tribunal, was, as it turned out, connected to the anti-Chinese cult Falun Gong, which is also supported by the NED and other U.S. intelligence and security agencies.

Falun Gong is a cult that, under the guise of personal elevation through physical and spiritual exercises, operates against the People’s Republic of China, from where it was expelled due to anti-state activities. In the U.S., it enjoys the favor of the intelligence-security community and possesses substantial assets and media.

It so happened that the China Tribunal, under the direction of Geoffrey Nice, “judged” the People’s Republic of China for genocide against members of the Falun Gong cult, while at the same time, this “tribunal” was closely connected to the aforementioned anti-Chinese cult.

In the first case, the “Uyghur” tribunal, headed by Nice, “determined” that the People’s Republic of China committed “genocide” against the Uyghur minority, whose numbers, paradoxically, have significantly increased since 1949, when the People’s Republic of China was founded, up to today, as mentioned on this site.

The second, so-called “Chinese” tribunal, or the China Tribunal, in a very similar manner “determined” that the People’s Republic of China carries out mass “organ harvesting,” allegedly extracting organs from prisoners, primarily members of the Falun Gong cult, but also from members of the Uyghur, Tibetan, and other ethnic minorities, thus also committing “genocide” against the members of the aforementioned cult.

CALL THE “PERPETRATORS” AND OBTAIN CONFESSIONS…

How important these two tribunals were for the U.S. became evident from the support they received from leading mainstream media outlets in the West: the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, The Guardian, Reuters… they were all racing to publish reports from the “trials” against the People’s Republic of China.

Here is an example of the investigative methodology used by the China Tribunal of Geoffrey Nice to gather evidence for its actions:

The beginning of March 2006. An unnamed female person, designated as M, a member of the Falun Gong cult, allegedly calls the Public Security Bureau in Shanxi, China, from Canada. M’s intention is to prove that Chinese authorities are harvesting organs from members of the Falun Gong cult and ethnic minorities in prisons.

The person who allegedly answered her phone call in China reportedly told her outright that healthy, young prisoners are selected in their prisons as organ donors. The person even added that, if the prisoners do not voluntarily agree to have their blood drawn for medical checks, their blood is taken by force.

All of this, allegedly, was said to the woman, who had called the office from Canada without identifying herself.

ON OFFER – CORNEA OF EYES

Encouraged by this easy point, M. allegedly called, also from Canada, a hospital in Shenyang, China, on March 18 or 19 of the same year.

“Although she was unable to make a full transcript of the recorded conversation, her notes indicate that the person who introduced themselves as the head of the department said that the institution performs ‘many cornea operations,’ adding that ‘they have fresh corneas,'” according to a document that can easily be found on the website of the China Tribunal.

When asked what this meant, the alleged head of the department reportedly replied that the corneas were simply taken from bodies.

The peak of M.’s investigative efforts occurred the following month. In April 2006, she allegedly called a military hospital in Beijing. The surgeon there allegedly told her that he personally performs liver transplant surgeries. Without mincing words, and over the phone, he “confessed” that the source of the fresh organs was a state secret and that, if he were to reveal the source of these organs, he could be excluded from performing such operations.

UNUSUAL CONFESSIONS

Another person, identified as an investigator for an organization called the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong, designated as N.N., allegedly called dozens of Chinese institutions from the United States. He allegedly contacted around thirty hospitals, police detention centers, and courts in the People’s Republic of China. In several cases, people who allegedly answered the phone “confessed” that organs were harvested from members of the Falun Gong cult.

As in the case of the “Uyghur” tribunal, which “determined” that genocide had been committed against the Uyghurs in the PRC, Geoffrey Nice’s China Tribunal also concluded that genocide had been committed against members of the Falun Gong cult, stating that organs are being harvested en masse in prisons, as well as from members of ethnic minorities.

In the midst of these accusations, delivered through Nice’s China Tribunal, which were widely reported by Western mainstream media, the American website “The Grayzone” (www.thegrayzone.com), which gathers independent investigative journalists, published the background of the workings of this “tribunal.”

A FEW UNKNOWNS

An investigation by the editorial team at “The Grayzone” revealed that the Falun Gong cult is actually closely connected to Geoffrey Nice’s China Tribunal, which, ironically, deals with the alleged organ harvesting from imprisoned members of that same anti-Chinese cult.

The Grayzone paid particular attention to Western mainstream media.

“One thing common to all these reports is the assumption that the China Tribunal is indeed ‘independent.’ On its website, the China Tribunal claims it was initiated by the International Coalition to End Transplant Abuse in China (ETAC), an international non-profit organization based in Australia, with national committees in the UK, the US, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia.”

Thanks to its patrons, the Tribunal for China presented its case to the UN Human Rights Council in September 2019, which attracted significant attention from Western mainstream media, but also revealed that ETAC was the formal initiator of the Tribunal for China.

According to the report by The Grayzone, ETAC is an organization whose website offers no information about its management, except for names, photos, and titles of the positions held by its members.

ETAS-EPOK-FALUN GONG

The position of executive director of ETAC and co-founder of the organization is held by Suzy Hughes. Margot MacVicar is listed as the national manager for ETAC in New Zealand, while Rebecca James is listed for the United Kingdom.

Through journalistic investigation, The Grayzone determined that these individuals, prominent members of ETAC who initiated the establishment of the so-called Tribunal for China, are closely linked to the Falun Gong cult, particularly its media front, Epoch Times.

Suzy Hughes was credited as a photojournalist in Epoch Times articles. Her name was removed from the publication’s website immediately after The Grayzone‘s investigation was published, but as noted by The Grayzone, her name remained in Google searches.

Margot MacVicar is the author of several articles in which she positively discusses Shen Yun, the touring dance performance of the Falun Gong cult.

Finally, Rebecca James was an organizer of an art exhibition dedicated to the Falun Gong cult in Bristol.

CULT PROPAGANDA NETWORK

Moreover, The Grayzone‘s investigation revealed that ETAC’s national manager for initiatives in the UK, Andy Moody, is connected to NTD (New Tang Dynasty Television). “Concerned Canadians noticed that this cult’s propaganda network received millions of dollars from their tax contributions,” the report from The Grayzone states.

Additionally, the name of ETAC’s communications coordinator in the UK, Victoria Ledwich, appears in an Epoch Times article praising Shen Yun as an “incredible performance.”

The more the editorial team of The Grayzone analyzed the names listed on the ETAC website, the more facts about the connections between this organization and the Nysso Tribunal for China surfaced.

This conflict of interest somehow went unnoticed by mainstream media journalists. “Neither ETAC nor the Tribunal for China disclose these connections, but you don’t need an investigative journalist to uncover them. Why was such a simple investigation too much for, say, Owen Bowcott of The Guardian, who did nothing more than repeat ETAC’s statements?”, asked The Grayzone.

SELECTIVE USE OF EVIDENCE

Although the Nice China Tribunal claimed to be independent of ETAC, it largely relied on information from this organization, which initiated its establishment, as reported by The Grayzone.

“Additionally, the China Tribunal relied on ETAC’s evidence, disregarding opposing opinions from medical experts, which also suggests bias. Critics such as Dr. Francis Delmonico challenge the narrative of forced organ harvesting, but these testimonies are ignored as ETAC has already discredited those views. This highlights the selective use of evidence by the tribunal,” stated an investigation by The Grayzone.

It was also revealed that the China Tribunal’s work heavily relied on a 2006 report known as the Kilgour-Matas Report (also referred to as Bloody Harvest), commissioned by the Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong in China (CIPFG), another organization closely linked to Falun Gong.

“The authors of this report, David Kilgour and David Matas, have significant ties to controversial political lobbying groups, including pro-Israel organizations and regime-change advocates such as MEK, raising further questions about their motives and objectivity,” The Grayzone reported.

UNWELCOME EXPERT OPINIONS

According to a report by The Grayzone, the connections between Falun Gong, ETAC, The Epoch Times, and the China Tribunal suggest that all these organizations are part of a coordinated effort to promote a specific narrative, particularly one that portrays the Chinese government in an extremely negative light, while often disregarding opposing views and evidence.

“This ideological focus and reliance on questionable sources cast doubt on the credibility of the claims about organ harvesting and the broader political agenda behind them,” stated The Grayzone.

How did the China Tribunal disregard unwelcome expert opinions?

An investigation by The Grayzone revealed that the China Tribunal placed blind trust in ETAC. This trust extended to the point where the tribunal dismissed any unwelcome expert opinion if ETAC had previously discredited it.

“…Their contributions would be subject to review by ETAC, which would determine that they had not provided concrete evidence to support their claims and could be criticized for their methodology or experience in organ transplantation. In other words, the China Tribunal saw no need to consider their testimonies because ETAC had already reviewed and declared them invalid,” reported The Grayzone.

REMOVAL OF EVIDENCE ABOUT THE YELLOW HOUSE

Geoffrey Nice has taken the geopolitical exploitation of genocide to an absurd level.

This former prosecutor of the Hague Tribunal has, in recent years, as evidenced by examples in this and the previous article, specialized in pseudo-judicial processes and actions against states. These range from serious allegations that he concealed evidence presented by Dick Marty regarding crimes committed by the so-called Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) in the “Yellow House,” to making baseless accusations against China for alleged “organ harvesting” or “genocide” against the Uyghur ethnic minority.

Adding to the absurdity, Belgrade lawyer Branislav Tapušković once claimed that Nice was directly involved in destroying evidence related to human organ trafficking in the “Yellow House” case, which came to light in the now regrettably forgotten report by Dick Marty.

“He continuously pushed the narrative that everything happening in Kosovo was aimed at creating a ‘Greater Serbia’ and that Kosovo and Metohija do not belong to Serbia. He blatantly ignored crimes against Serbs. During the trial, he even claimed that Serbs destroyed a 7th-century mosque, while the Ottomans only arrived in the Balkans in the 14th century. That’s Geoffrey Nice for you,” lawyer Branislav Tapušković stated in a 2019 interview with Večernje Novosti.

It turns out that the man believed to have participated in the removal of evidence about the trafficking of organs from Serbs in the “Yellow House” in Albania also performed a reciprocal role aimed at discrediting the People’s Republic of China.

Moreover, Nice actively assisted the accused Albanian terrorists.

RENTING PARALEGAL SERVICES

A letter once sent to the so-called Kosovo government reveals how Geoffrey Nice assisted in the defense of then-accused terrorist Ramush Haradinaj at The Hague.

The letter in question also shows how Nice “criticized” the report by Swiss senator Dick Marty on human organ trafficking while mentioning that the Pristina authorities owed him hundreds of thousands of euros for services rendered.

After an objectively unremarkable career as a prosecutor for the Hague Tribunal, this British lawyer shifted to offering paralegal services for hire and mimicking the workings of the Hague Tribunal. By reducing the concept of a court, as he himself stated, to the level of a jury, and trials to the level of a targeted, paid spectacle, he turned the geopolitical exploitation of genocide—initiated in the Balkans at the end of the last century—into a final sale and a complete trivialization, exposing it to absolute and blatant absurdity.
